I bought the full game but it's locked again.
Open the account screen, go to Membership and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Is it a one-time purchase?
Yes. Two gangs are free. One purchase unlocks all 35 gangs and 375 words, forever. There's no subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Will I lose my progress if I change devices?
Sign in to Game Center on both devices and your progress syncs. Without Game Center, progress stays on the device.
Does it need the internet?
No, you can play offline.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, and Macs with Apple silicon.
